How Our Story Began

On September 4, 2026, we unlocked the doors to a cherished Bayard fixture that had been fueling locals for more than two decades. We saw untapped potential: a place where miners heading to dawn shifts and families on the go could grab real New Mexico fare without slowing down. Since then, we have been refreshing the building, fine-tuning family recipes, and rebuilding the drive-thru experience so it feels both lightning quick and warmly homemade.
