From hearty breakfast burritos stuffed with eggs and hatch green chile to classic beef-and-potato combos, all of our New Mexico–style items are prepared fresh each morning. You can customize heat by choosing red or green chile—or ask for “Christmas” to enjoy both. At the window simply let us know any substitutions or add-ons; we’ll wrap it your way. While our final printed menu is coming soon, daily staples remain available and pricing is posted at the drive-thru speaker.

Fast Drive-Thru Service Details Explained

Our single-lane drive-thru opens at 4:30 AM so night-shift miners and early commuters can grab breakfast without leaving the car. Place your order at the speaker, pay at the window, then pull forward to a marked spot; we’ll run your food out hot and ready.

Hours & Dine-In Plans Update

Currently we serve Thursday through Tuesday from 4:30 AM to 2:00 PM, giving early risers and lunch crews a reliable spot when other kitchens are dark. We’re closed on Wednesdays to prep, clean, and continue renovating the interior space. Those renovations will allow us to open a cozy dine-in area soon—watch this space and our window signage for the official launch date. Until then, enjoy the same home-style flavor through our quick drive-thru and convenient takeout counter.
